The programs include training in pursuit driving, active shooter exercises, legal aspects of policing, vehicle stops, and first aid CPR, and are designed to be highly practical and directly applicable to the diverse challenges staff may encounter in their duties. By maintaining rigorous training standards, the division ensures that all staff members are well-prepared to handle these challenges.
